Prohibited Activities Policy

This Policy applies to all participants using RentedGhar. Our goal is to maintain a safe, trustworthy, and legally compliant marketplace. By using the Platform, you agree to these standards.
1 General Compliance
Users must operate in full compliance with all applicable laws, Platform policies, and community standards. Violations result in immediate enforcement.
2 Fraudulent Activities
Strictly prohibited: Identity theft, impersonation, forgery, fake bookings/listings, chargeback/payment fraud, and money laundering.
Suspected fraud is reported to authorities.
3. Misleading Listings
False descriptions, deceptive photos, misrepresentation of ownership, amenities, or pricing. Listings must accurately reflect reality.
4. Illegal Activities
No criminal acts, trafficking, gambling, terrorism, or distribution of illegal items. Zero tolerance for unauthorized commercial activities.
5. Prohibited Products
No illegal goods, weapons, ammunition, controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, or hazardous materials. We remove these without notice.
6. Property & 7. Product Misuse
Properties: No illegal occupancy or damage. Products: No reselling, sub-renting, unauthorized modification, or removal of identifiers.
8. Harassment & Abuse
No intimidation, hate speech, discrimination, stalking, or offensive conduct. We protect our community.
9 Platform Abuse
Technical interference is strictly forbidden:
- Unauthorized access / Scraping
- Malicious software / Reverse engineering
- Security circumvention / Automated attacks
10. Payment & 11. Review Abuse
No off-platform payments to circumvent fees. Review manipulation (buying reviews, fake feedback) is strictly monitored and subject to removal.
12. IP Violations & 13. Investigation
Do not infringe on copyrights or trademarks. We reserve the right to investigate any user behavior, requesting info or documentation as needed.
14. Enforcement Actions
Violations may lead to: Listing removal, account suspension/termination, payment withholding, transaction reversal, or reporting to legal authorities—without prior notice.
15. Report Violations
Help keep our community safe. Please report suspected violations to our support team.
16. Limitation of Liability
RentedGhar is a platform facilitator. We are not liable for user misconduct, illegal acts, or third-party actions.
17. Policy Changes
We may amend this Policy. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your acceptance.
